We are thrilled to share that Apogee Corporation has once again extended its invaluable support to Lincolnshire Wildlife Park. On January 22, 2025, a dedicated team of Apogee volunteers visited our sanctuary to engage in environmental restoration efforts. Their hard work and commitment significantly contribute to the well-being of our animals and the preservation of our enclosures and nature reserves.
Apogee Corporation, a UK-based Managed Services provider with strong roots in Lincolnshire through their PDI and Distribution centre in Witham St. Hughes, actively encourages its employees to participate in community service. They offer two days of paid leave annually for staff to engage in volunteer projects of their choice. This initiative reflects Apogee’s dedication to social responsibility and community engagement.
At Lincolnshire Wildlife Park, we offer various opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved through work experience and volunteering programs. Volunteers assisted with general maintenance, animal care, and grounds-keeping, providing essential support to our operations. These experiences are mutually beneficial, offering volunteers hands-on involvement while helping us maintain a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.
