Purchase your tickets to Santa's Grotto before it's too late! Meet Santa and the elves in his magical log cabin grotto and enjoy a wild and festive day out at the park, bigger and better each year. Don't forget to stop off at Elf HQ for daily crafts and activities, as well as story time with Mrs Claus on selected dates.
Each grotto ticket purchased automatically includes 4 free entry admission tickets per booking. So, if you were to book two grotto tickets, up to 8 free visitors can visit the park as a group! Please read our full terms and conditions below before booking.

Terms & Conditions:
- The grotto is open from 11am – 5pm on the dates above. Therefore, you can visit the grotto at any time to see Santa. However, please be aware that there may be queues, so we advise you enjoy the rest of the park and animals and come back later if you do not want to wait.
- Grotto passes will be given out at Elf HQ, so please make your way there to collect your grotto pass.
- Four free entry tickets to the park are automatically accepted on arrival with every purchase of a grotto ticket. DO NOT book these tickets online, please just arrive. The tickets are extra to the child entering the grotto e.g. you would receive one child for the grotto, plus 4 extra people.
- Elf HQ is open during grotto opening times, where you can stop off, join in activities and then continue to the grotto. Activities vary daily and are subject to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- North Paul’s will also be open for drinks and snacks from 11am on grotto days, with a fire pit and seating area.
- Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable unless there are unforeseen circumstances at LWP that risk the health and safety of staff or visitors.
